Mission

Mercy Flight is an independent, not-for-profit provider of air-medical transport and supporting services ensuring rapid, safe and cost-effective delivery of expert emergency response personnel, patients, medical specialty teams, including organ & tissue donation transport and medical supplies and equipment. Services are provided anywhere they are appropriate and required, with primary emphasis on Upstate New York, Northern Pennsylvania, and Southern Ontario.
