Mercy Flight provides around-the-clock air and ground medical transport to Western New York and beyond.

Behind the scenes of the organization are devoted staff who are committed to the Mercy Flight cause.  The crew works tirelessly, day and night, to keep our community safe and thriving.  In return, the generous support we receive from our community and emergency service partners enables us to continue our lifesaving, nonprofit mission.

What started out as one part-time crew in 1981 has grown into six air and ground bases strategically located throughout the region, each operating 24 hours a day/365 days per year.  Providing unparalleled medical care and rapid response, Mercy Flight has truly been Western New York’s “Beacon of Hope” WHEN MINUTES MATTER.

Your gift today will ensure that we meet the increasing demand for our services.  With your commitment, Mercy Flight can continue to soar with success and remain the “Beacon of Hope” our community needs today, tomorrow, and into the future.

Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for your compassionate support.

KRISSY KITTLESON

Paramedic

“Our mission is nonprofit and that is something I am proud to stand behind. I am working for Mercy EMS, helping those right in my hometown. The community of Springville is where I started my career 25 years ago in the fire department, and it’s incredible to be part of this team.”

At Mercy Flight, we pride ourselves on performing our lifesaving services without regard to our patients’ insurance status or their ability to pay. While third-party payers reimburse a portion of each flight’s cost, we rely heavily on the generous support of community contributors like you.
