Just hours after his birth in July 2002, Mercy Flight transported our newborn baby, Nicholas, to Strong Memorial Hospital. He waited there for over a week before enduring a complicated 10-hour surgery to correct a heart defect. He is now healthy and happy. We call him our miracle baby - we have been so blessed! Even his doctors can't believe his recovery. Had it not been for Mercy Flight, we would not have our son with us today. For this, we say thank you. Most people believe angels have wings, but we believe that there are a few with blades and propellers, too!
